1. Navigate to "Territories"
2. Click "Compliance"
3. If your brand is Compliant in the state, click this checkbox.
4. To make the state and its territories visible on Candidate and Consultant portals, toggle the "Active" option
5. Important: A state can be compliant and inactive, but not the reverse. To display territories from that state on the candidate and consultant maps, you must be legally compliant and have the state set to active inside Franchise Frameworks.
