1. Navigate to "Territories"
2. Click "Edit Polygons"
3. Search the state of the territory to be deleted and click "View"
4. Find the territory and click the trash can icon
5. Click "Proceed"
6. The territory is deleted!
7. Refresh the page
8. Now the territory line is gone
