1. Navigate to "Territories"
Alert: Before you begin, make sure the state where you’re creating the territory is compliant and active.
2. Click "Compliance"
3. Click "Compliant" and "Active"
Alert: Also make sure you have selected Ideal Customer Profile Data fields.
4. Click "USA Census Data"
5. Check "Ideal Customer Profile Data"
Good to go! Let's create a territory in California.
6. Click "Edit Polygons"
7. Let's "Expand" the map to see it better
8. Zoom in where you'd like to create a territory.
9. Perfect! When you get there, click "Start Drawing"
10. Click the purple polygons to select them
Tip: each polygon represents a ZIP Code!
11. They will turn red as you select
12. After you select all ZIP Codes of the new territory, click "Merge"
13. Give the new territory a name
14. Click "Continue"
15. Territory merged, now click "Save"
That's it! Your first territory was created and can already be seen by candidates and consultants 🥳
16. To see the territory's demographic data, click on it and a pop-up will appear
